Description: Joseph at Apna Bazaar SOBT Orlando, makes the most delicious South Indian Dosa, Paper and Masala, Idli, Medhu Vada and Sambhar. The best Sambhar! For $3.00 a plate and a refill on sambhar if needed, I think he's undoing himself. I told him to increase the price. In these economic times, at 12 hours a weekend, he barely makes a profit, considering he spent so much time cooking the sambhar the day before. Everything made from scratch and clean and hygienically prepared. Besides he's a doll, very congenial and too generous. Some Indian people are bullyish and take advantage. I saw one fellow drink two glasses of sambhar and paid for one order. I told Joseph that's way too generous. He also made my Paper Dosa free since I was recording him. Great guy, best dosa in America
