Description: In this BBC special "James May on the Moon", James May from Top Gear U.K. is taken on an emotional ride to the edge of space in a U-2 spyplane. I took this version from the Patricks Aviation file sharing site - well worth a look http://www.patricksaviation.com/

get off that crack man. its not real

taht would be the best thing any human being can witness........... the planet earth from the border of space. i would probably shed a few tears up there too. just amazing

that is pretty incredible

Breathtaking I hope to do this in my life

When I die, that's where I want to be, freeroaming spirit. The pilot/major was just incredibly articulate and chilled considering the pressure he was under. What one can achieve in a day eh? Breathtaking. If I was there? I's feel reborn in returning to earth's ground. Wonderful video, it's 12:34am and I'll sleep peacefully now. Seeing that makes perfect sense the earth and it's energies submerges into reality. Awesome.

there is a tiny list of things i wouldnt do to be there. i want to go to there!

It's an ok experience i suppose.... but i went too the moon last weekend so beat that?

sure speed=distance/time but lightyear is in reference to distance

fail! Lightyear is a measure of distance. The distance light travels in one year. No speed involved.

the more we rise the smaller we become

the more we rise the smaller we become

that is amazing.

We use it for 'distance/lenght' in my cosmos.. May your years be full of light ;-)
