I agee but realistically it ain't gonna happen. Politics and religion are two things that cause problems. That's why you never talk politics and religion in a bar. Seeing people's hearts is great but can someone explain all the hatred and rants that the religious fanatics (Taliban, etc) spew out. No, they don't. Not Islam either. You would know that if you actually knew something about the religion itself. However, the other religions say that you can't use violence to promote the religion (which has been used in the history) while Islam doesn't. It doesn't say anything about how to spread the religion. However, it doesn't promote killing and such things. Everything is bad when it goes to an extreme level, so don't blame Islam. Blame the people.

Does Christianity promote suicide bombings? Does Buddhism or Hinduism build bombs in the name of their God to kill others? Do we have Judiasm causing Jews to fly into buildings and kill in the name of their God? Just what is is about Islam or something in it, a loophole, is exploited and used to brainwash the poor unfortunates in that part fo the world. I think all non-Muslims would like to know what is causing all this terror based on Islam? I can't believe that being Mohammed's teachings.

Being "possessive' about your religion is fine but not when it knocks other beliefs. However, it seems there is something in Islam that triggers people to kill others. Yes, all religious thought can be distorted and used as such to brainwash but is that what happens with people (not all) who have converted to Islam and then become terrrorists? And that includes Americans born and raised in the US. What is the cause of that? No religion promotes that kind of violence.

I agree with you to the extent that the Bible doesn't make sense, It was written by some people who could be telling the truth or not. The only true belief is Islam, Its the only religion which makes sense in everything that is written in it. It was written by God himself, spread by the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). If you think Christianity doesn't make sense, explore other religions out there. But the only true belief is Islam.

You lose freedom by believing in God. Just read the Bible and you know what I mean. You gain a few things, which SHOULD exist even if you don't believe in God. However, they are just there for show. You don't need God to wish for good luck. You don't need God to have a reason behind a death or illness. Basically, God isn't needed. If God exist, we don't have to believe in God. We don't have to do certain things. God is there no matter what, even if we believe or not... if God exists that is.

Meh, religion is the cause of every single horror in the world, whether there is a deity is at two removes from the world as we know it - ppl think that God wants war, wants one nation to make others subservient, it's all barbaric. If there is a divine being she or he is either just like us, good AND evil, or totally remote and divorced from us altogether, umm, "deus absconditus," I believe is the term. If you wish to live in a better world, get to work and change what you can!

@DolphinWantsPeace Concrete example: A lot of woman (in Africa) dont abort, even if they know that their child has aids. The religion forbits. If there is a god, he may care about these children. But if there was no god, we would only extend the pain of these children.. and that is, what I am afrait of!

@DolphinWantsPeace Well, if you believe in god and there was none, then you are "on the wrong track", "up the wrong alley", "barking up the wrong tree". It should affect your daily routine. Whenever you think, that something must be gods will, you are wrong. But if there was really no god, then mankind would have lost alot! Remember all the wars for the church? Africans - Aids - abortion? religious al-Qaida, and the list goes on.. You see, we would have lost a lot to a non existing god..
