@vDizzYx It's not a crack, it's the sealant that is wet. The lines reflect the bus as well when it goes near them, they were there already.

@vDizzYx You can see your "CracK" at 0:38 in the vid as it is a lighter colored strip of different material, used to seal up cracks in the roadway. Once the bus drives closer you can see the higher reflective surface then going darker in the shadow of the bus just before it passes over it. Due to video compression and the little difference in the patch strip and the roadway it doesn't get an update until going dark from the next vehicle.
