Hey, It's true that video games became more and more commercial over the year. i won't argue with that. Not all of them are like that though. And yeah, entertainment can be used to distract people from true problems. But it's not a reason to tell that life sucks and so on... Maybe your life sucks, I can't judge, but it's not the case of everyone. You don't know me ! You gave your point of view, which isn't everyone's opinion and even less a fact !!!

Oh really,......... depressed? Are you my psychiatrist or qualified to give labels dealing in the bullshit study of psychologically. I play games, Ive even bought some in the past too... i do have fun once in a while and really had get some enjoyment out of them today. But "YOU face it!" Entertainment is just a distraction from the real problems in the world and keeps you from accomplishing nothing. Most games have no great message to tell to other than Deus Ex, System Shock 2, and Fallout1&2.

Breaking the law today to improve it. Ever heard of the American Revolution. Duh. I play games because just like every other gamer out there there is something missing in thier lives, even if they try to deny it. I do it because the world sucks and there is almost nothing i can do about. Mine as well waste some time. Plain and simple. Face it, we are both human.

Anyone who has the mindset that they are entitled to everything in life for free are worthless. They have no value even in anarchy, because they have no use. In the very least, those "drones" who work for the things they want, would still hold value as workers. People who expect to have everything in life handed to them, and who don't have the mentality that you should work for what you want in life, are of no used to anyone. They have no usable skills.
