@snake384 Because some ppl like to just get in and go. That's why I swapped out my t5 manual for a turbo 350 3-speed in my 86 iroc.

Niiice, i wish i could get ahold of a 1LE, they go for a lot now and most stay tucked away in garages being driven only once or twice a year, its really sad, lol, they are amazing though, anyone who still clings to their Fox Body Mustangs obviously has never heard of the 1LE LOL...ah, but unfortunatly its not, its got the 305 so its not all bad but it is an auto...id love to get a 90 Iroc, they're pretty rare since they only made them for half a year and their the only Irocs with the new gauges

Go to my page and see vid of my Red 91' 1LE. It actually came off the line in april of 90' It's not an "IROC" only because GM lost the series to chrysler. Otherwise it still has all the Goodies of Iroc, even a few more. Same interior as car in this video. Your RS a 5 speed?

i actually just traded my truck and got a 89 iroc z 28 with a 350 and never new they were rare

Love these cars, i myself have a 91' RS, my perfect 3rd gen would be a 90' Iroc Z 5-speed, perfect car, last year for Iroc but better yet the only year that you could get the Iroc package with the newer style gauge cluster....5-speed is just a necessity, LOL

I love these cars... what a time capsule :) Wish I was around in the 80's, let alone had the pleasure of owning one of these when it was new :D Worth every penny... needs the Iroc-z pinstriping and lettering though :)
