Trust me yall, thats not a honda motor, its DEFINATELY a bug motor. I have a 2074cc motor in my 72 super beetle, and we even have the same exhaust. These cars are very easily modified, and performance parts are everywhere. I have a 74 super that i had installed a homemade turbo set up from. the turbo was a TO3 from a saab. Worked great. These cars are so light. i bet that car prolly only had around 150hp. Mine has about 110hp, and can do that pretty good on stock tires (165 r15's), lol

i believe its a vw or porsche engine. why? if you watch the vw kafer 1303 rs drift video at the 13 second mark you will a chirping noise from the exhaust. all properly tuned air-cooled vw and porsche engines make that noise.

bugs are great cars you can do doughnuts all day or until you get dizzy or run out of gas go bugs. Ferdy did it right. the new bug is crap.
