@lameotet123 your prices are completely wrong! I could fix the front end of a car for 500 easy. and it will look good, I have done it too all my friends cars. and air bags aren't that much maybe 1000 if you go to the dealership.

You ever go to the junk yard, install it urself. read the chilton bible for cars. or youtube it, how to fix cars. As long as the engine runs, everything else can b fixed one thing at a time. I'd save the paint job for last. After market parts work just as good too, Make sure u punch it every now an then, if u don't the part will phuck up again. Accord, is a bad ass car. i re-built my 91 accord stick in a year. Waiting for summer to paint my car. Note: paint doesn't stick very good in the cold.

Never buy a car with a deployed air bag let alone 2.. A single air bag is close to 3,000 and that scion had atleast 2,500 in front end damage.. plus he was selling it for 9,000 .. Better off to put that money down on a new one...

that all depends on how well it was fixed, or why it was salvaged. Sometimes the insurance company's will give a salvage title for really small things.
