here's my view on the subject. using music for background music, or for a fight scene, or a tribute video, it's fine. but just simply the music, like a video that's only purpose is a song itself (which there's alot of) should be taken down because, let's face it that really is blatant stealing and is just a trip to video2mp3 from pirating music. however, like a said, if just background music, or just being used for one scene, and isn't the point of the video, should be fine. i have that shirt.

WMG directs all the music stuff while we, in exchange, buy their stuff so they can continue to pay their bills. And the beauty of a free market is exactly that: if you don't have a better deal then the opposition, you lose money. And since there is no law that REQUIRES us to buy their stuff it basically comes down to this: THEY WORK FOR US. Not the other way around. And if they can't cater to our needs we will find a company that can. Ssettle this before the new year WGM, or you lose a customer
